What is the typical delivery timeframe for furniture orders?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, PARA ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Yes, sustainability is at the core of PARA. We exclusively use FSC-certified timber and eco-friendly finishes to ensure our products are safe for your home and the planet.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also monitor your delivery progress by logging into your PARA account dashboard.
