Log into your PARA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
